“Hi! I’m Jennifer & it’s so great to see you here!”

I discovered yoga as a child one rainy summer on Vancouver Island and it has been a constant calming presence in my life ever since. I fulfilled my dream of becoming a yoga teacher in June 2013 when I completed her RYT200 training with Daniel Clement of Open Source Yoga. Since receiving my certification I’ve taught several hatha yoga classes ranging from chair yoga to beginners’ yoga to kids’ yoga to moderate flow yoga and I LOVE being able to share the joys of practice with others. I truly believes that there is a way for everyone to participate in some form of yoga practice and works with all groups and individuals to discover their own personal paths.

I’m also a reflexologist, having completed my training with the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC) and receiving my certification in 2001. Reflexology is a natural healing modality practiced most commonly on the hands and feet. It is based on the principle that there are reflexes in the hands and feet that correspond to every part of the body. Through the application of gentle but firm pressure on these reflexes, reflexology can help relieve tension, improve circulation, and aid in the balance and natural functions of the related areas of the body.

As well, I am a Reiki Master.  I’m  available to offer full reiki healing sessions, either in person or by distance, and I always incorporate this gentle healing modality to my reflexology offerings.

I completed my Wellness Coach training in 2017 and my Life Coach training in 2021.  Both allow me to incorporate many aspects of my wellness offerings under one umbrella.  Since receiving my certification in these areas, I have been working on creating online wellness and coaching programs. The Real Life Reset System is my offering to assist moms who are doing everything on their own to ditch their daily exhaustion, level up their energy, and find the focus and clarity they need to make the most of their Mom-Life.
