Yoga has both preventative and therapeutic benefits. I believe that there is a type of yoga suitable for everybody AND every body. It has been shown to offer both physical and mental benefits to the mind and the body.
Yoga can improve both flexibility and muscle joint mobility; strengthen, tone, and build muscles. A regular practice can increase body awareness, help to relieve chronic stress patterns in the body, refresh the body by relieving muscle strain, relax the mind and body, and can help sharpen the ability to concentrate.
Practicing yoga provides a way for people of any age to not only get and stay in shape, but also to develop balance, coordination, and a sense of centeredness.

As a Wellness & Life Coach, I work with women to help them clarify what is lacking in their lives and make solid plans on how to implement changes to improve those areas.
