Yoga has both preventative and therapeutic benefits. It has been shown to offer both physical and mental benefits to the body and the mind.  Hatha yoga can improve flexibility and muscle joint mobility; strengthen, tone, and build muscles.  It can increase body awareness; help to relieve chronic stress patterns in the body; refresh the body by relieving muscle strain; relax the mind and body; sharpen concentration; and frees the spirit.  Practicing hatha yoga provides the means for people of any age not only to get and stay in shape but also to develop balance, coordination, and a sense of centeredness.






Reflexology is a natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet, hands, and ears, which correspond to every part, gland, and organ of the body.  By applying specific pressure using thumb, finger and hand techniques, reflexology reduces tension, improves circulation and promotes the natural functioning of the related areas of the body.


A Reiki treatment consists of laying the hands on the body in a prescribed pattern and allowing the energy of life to flow through the hands to the person being treated.  The basic element of life energy is the essence of this healing practice Reiki can be used in any situation where there is a desire for and openness to healing. Reiki is a calming and balancing healing modality.
